Spent Xmas at this hotel and what a wonderful experience. the rooms were clean and spacious, plus the beds were incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was delightful, with a good mix of continental and English options. the location was perfect with easy access to the town, the outdoor pool was an added bonus.

Some of the facilities were not included in the price, such as the sauna and whirlpool, which required an extra fee. the buffet dinner was not included in the room fee and had to be purchased separately.

I made reservation for a room for 3 persons and the room was for 2 + added bad. The room was too small, would be uncomfortable if I stay longer. Very high prices in lobby bar and for mini bar. Breakfast - small choose. In season time - July - they still were making renovation in hotel, swimming pool out of order.

Very good hotel, very good price for what you got. Very good facilities. The only issue may be parking but we went in October and the on street was fine.

The pool was one of the highlights of my stay, it was fantastic and well-maintained. , the location of the hotel was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and the view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. the breakfast was delicious, and there was an abundant supply of fresh coffee and other drinks.

The hotel lacked adequate amenities to accommodate all guests. During our stay, only a few rooms had functional balconies or outdoor furniture.

attitude of staff was appalling. If web site advertises a pool, there should be one,if pool is out of use, web site should say so. coudnt care less attitude to spoilt holiday. Breakfast buffet not replaced, had to ask for rolls etc. satff only interested in conference business.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, being close to a beautiful park that was perfect for morning walks. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, with a fantastic pool and relaxing fountain. The breakfast was generally good, although it could have had more variety. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the head waiter who spoke excellent English.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and the park. It is also conveniently located near the airport. the rooms are generally clean with basic amenities, but some areas require updates. the breakfast has a good selection, and the spa facilities are worth a visit. the swimming pool area is pleasant and not too busy, and the staff is friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! This place is perfectly located in the heart of town, making it easy for us to explore the nearby park and enjoy the local music venues. The staff here provided top-notch service, from the quick repair of our air conditioning unit to their helpful guidance on local attractions and thermal baths. We also loved the spacious and modern rooms, complete with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the mountains from our terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious and catered to all tastes, giving us a great start to our days.
